Fortify PM is a night-time drink built to get you there: magnesium glycinate and ashwagandha to help you relax and switch off, in a mug you'll actually want at 9:30pm.

“Does it taste like a supplement?”
The chocolate took six goes before we were happy with it. If you grew up on Cadbury Drinking Chocolate, that is the direction we were heading. Ours sits further over towards milk chocolate.
We rebuilt it until it was the drink we wanted at night, with no sugar in it.
Strawberry Pineapple does the same job cold. It's the same flavour as our Hydroboost.
“I've tried magnesium before and felt nothing.”
There's a fair chance it was a form your body barely absorbs. Fortify PM uses glycinate, with ashwagandha and tryptophan alongside it.
“Will I wake up groggy?”
There's no melatonin in the formula. It supports your own wind-down and sleep.
“Will I actually keep it up?”
It's a hot chocolate before bed. Keeping it up is the easy part.

What short sleep costs you
In a JAMA study, healthy young men capped at five hours of sleep a night for one week saw daytime testosterone drop 10 to 15 percent. One week.
In a 2022 JAMA Internal Medicine trial, adults who extended their sleep by about an hour ate roughly 270 fewer calories a day without dieting. Short nights push appetite the other way, which is why a cut feels harder on bad sleep.
Hormones, appetite and recovery all lean on sleep. Fortify PM is built to support it.
How to have it
- One serve in a mug.
- Chocolate: hot water is the simplest way to have it, and it is the one we would pick. If you want a creamy version, turn the tub around and read the calcium line. Some of us have it with skim milk most nights.
- Strawberry Pineapple: cold water. Same flavour we use in Hydroboost.
- It takes about two minutes to make. Have it before bed.
What's in it
Magnesium Glycinate is one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium you can take. Your body absorbs and actually uses it, where the cheaper forms in many magnesium tablets are barely absorbed at all.
- Magnesium Glycinate: helps reduce muscle cramps, enhance relaxation and improve sleep quality.
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) helps the body manage stress and supports recovery. It may also help improve sleep quality.
- Tryptophan: an essential amino acid that supports mood and deep sleep.

This I needed in my life! For someone who suffers from dysautonomia and sinus bradycardia I’ve tried a lot of hydration products. Hydroboost is great, no indigestion and easy on my guts

I've tried plenty of protein powders, and most taste like they're part of the workout. 😂 This one is easily the best I've ever tasted. It mixes smoothly, has no chalky aftertaste, and I actually look forward to drinking it. My only mistake was not buying a bigger tub!
