Absolutely love this powder, it's the best tasting one I've come across and being dairy free means absolutely no digestion issues. I've been mixing it into my yogurt every day for ages and still love the taste.

Collagen is naturally low in tryptophan, so we add it to our formula. This gives the mix a complete amino acid profile with all nine essential amino acids.

Research behind TENDOFORTE
Each serve contains 5g of TENDOFORTE. In one study, 50 men trained for 14 weeks. The men who took 5g each day had more growth in parts of the tendon below the kneecap. A smaller study used TENDOFORTE with calf exercises. People had less Achilles tendon pain and could move better while taking TENDOFORTE. Sources: Jerger et al. (2023) and Praet et al. (2019).
