Soooo yum and so gentle on my stomach!! Love ascend products but this NEW HIKO PROTEIN Choc and caramel flavour is another level. It’s like have treat that’s actually really good for you…. Can’t praise it enough - SOOO YUM!!

Too good!
Almost like those allens red frogs from back in the day! So good, and super light. Not heavy and its super easy to drink. 10/10 yeh
